How do ratings work on Shahniva?
Ratings use a 1-10 scale. Early in a listing lifecycle, displayed rating is guided more by platform signals to avoid unstable scores from tiny sample sizes. As more community ratings come in, the displayed score shifts to reflect community opinion more directly. This helps balance fairness for new listings with accuracy for mature listings.
